Robert W. Morris II, CPA

Robert W. Morris II has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate the complexities of taxes and finances—and doing it with a personal touch. After graduating from college in 1971, Bob spent 3.5 years as an IRS agent in Wilmington, Delaware, giving him an insider’s perspective on tax law that would shape his entire career. He went on to serve as Director of Tax Planning at AMP Inc., where he earned his CPA, and later as Manager of International Taxes for Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster, PA.

But Bob always had a vision of something more. In the early 1980s, he founded RWM & Company from scratch in his hometown, driven by a belief that individuals and businesses alike deserve knowledgeable, caring guidance. More than four decades later, that mission remains at the heart of everything the firm does.

Bob’s approach to work is simple: there are no problems that can’t be solved. He takes pride in nurturing small businesses, guiding larger firms, and being available to any client or colleague who needs him. To Bob, success is measured by pleased clients and a thriving team.

Outside the office, Bob enjoys hunting, shooting, horses, dogs, and good food—and he is deeply proud of his wife, who has stood by his side since day one, and their son Rob, who has grown into a remarkable professional and person.
