Her path to payroll runs through her service in the U.S. Army, where she worked in Human Resources—an experience that spanned the globe and gave her a foundation in the kind of precision and accountability that payroll demands. Thanks to that background, she transitioned seamlessly into the civilian workforce, and the rest is history.

At RWM & Company, Mia processes payrolls, submits sales tax, and generates 1099s for clients. She takes deep pride in her integrity—she’s quick to own her mistakes and communicate transparently with her team. Life outside work revolves around her youngest son—high school drama, varsity baseball, travel ball, college visits, and all the milestones that come with senior year. You’ll often find Mia and her family at Pirates games or catching the O’s or Phillies when PGH is too far. Their themed cookouts (the “soup party” is a fan favorite) are legendary among friends and family.
