Marty R. Morris
Director of Client Services
Marty Morris has been part of RWM & Company from the very beginning—quite literally. As the wife of founder Robert W. Morris II, she has been present since the firm’s inception and has grown alongside it into her current role as Director of Client Services.
Marty is often the first face clients see when they walk through the door, and she takes that responsibility seriously. She brings conscientiousness, professionalism, and a warm approachability to every interaction. She is known for dressing professionally, making strong first impressions, and making both clients and colleagues feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Her greatest professional pride is the success of RWM & Company itself—a testament to decades of dedication, partnership, and showing up every single day.
Outside of work, life is full: nine horses keep her and Bob busy, along with e-bike rides, walking, reading, and caring for their dog and cat.
