Kyle Nickler’s entry into the world of accounting was, by his own admission, accidental; what was supposed to be a gap year job before graduate school turned into a career he never looked back from. Today, as a Client Tax & Accounting Manager at RWM & Company, Kyle helps business owners and operators optimize their financial and tax situations with the kind of strategic thinking that makes a real difference.

Kyle is an Enrolled Agent and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, credentials that reflect both his expertise and his commitment to serving clients comprehensively. He is particularly proud of developing tax strategies that have collectively saved his clients over a million dollars. To him, great work is challenging, novel, and genuinely beneficial, and he approaches every client relationship as a stakeholder in their success.

Patience is one of his defining traits, and clients value that he’s not just there to file returns; he genuinely wants to see them do well. Kyle hopes people remember that he was invested in their outcomes as much as they were.

Outside of work, Kyle travels to different countries, stays active with his kids, and reads broadly, with a particular fondness for economics books. He also holds a little-known talent: he can snap all of his fingers at once.
