Gina Johnson

Gina Johnson is the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes at RWM & Company. As Chief of Staff, she plays a central role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, overseeing staff onboarding, billing, human resources, payroll, culture initiatives, M&A onboarding, and serving as Executive Assistant to founder Rob Morris. It’s a role that requires flexibility, organization, and a willingness to wear many hats—and Gina wears all of them well.

Gina joined the firm in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant in the New Bloomfield office. Prior to RWM, she worked in sales, covering multiple states and building strong relationships with clients. She holds an Associate Degree in Business and has enjoyed the transition into the accounting profession, growing steadily within the organization throughout her eight-year tenure. Along the way, she has built lasting relationships with colleagues and helped shape the firm’s culture.

Known for her laid-back personality, approachable nature, and great sense of humor, Gina strives to be someone others feel comfortable talking to. She hopes people remember her as kind, supportive, and easy to work with.

Outside of work, Gina and her husband enjoy kayaking, camping on the beach, and traveling together whenever they get the chance. She also enjoys staying active through working out and practicing yoga, while continuing to explore her creative side through painting. In fact, after only about six months of painting, one of her pieces was selected to be featured in a gallery this summer—a personal milestone she is especially proud of.
