Payroll Specialist

Brooke Russell’s path into payroll was a natural one. After starting in an administrative role, she began supporting the payroll department part-time—and as the department grew, so did her role. Today, she is a full-time Payroll Specialist at RWM & Company, and the journey from part-time helper to trusted team member is one of her proudest professional accomplishments.

In her role, Brooke processes payrolls, handles tax payments and filings, and serves as a go-to resource for clients with payroll questions. She takes deep pride in being dependable—doing things right, on time, and making sure clients feel supported throughout the process. Colleagues and clients know they can count on her to follow through.

Brooke hopes people remember her as someone who is warm, kind, and reliable—someone they felt genuinely comfortable working with.

Outside of work, Brooke loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, going for walks in nice weather, reading a good mystery novel, and watching a great rom-com or action film. Spring is her favorite season, and she has a soft spot for sunrises, sunsets, and the beach.
