Bobbi Jo Foster brings a practical approach, a sense of humor, and extensive expertise

to her role as VP of Tax Operations at RWM & Company. She prepares business and individual tax returns, conducts tax research and solves complex issues, and helps clients navigate the tax, payroll, and accounting side of running a business—so they can focus on the parts they actually love. She is an Enrolled Agent and a Notary Public, credentials that reflect years of dedicated study and service.

Bobbi Jo’s path to this work grew from a love of numbers, organization, and helping people solve problems. She has always enjoyed working with numbers and staying organized, and she built her early experience handling this type of work for her husband’s business and for two large churches and the United Way. That flexibility allowed her to stay closely involved with her family while continuing to grow professionally—a balance she considers a real gift. She is particularly proud of her role in the firm’s growth and of earning her EA designation.

Ask Bobbi Jo how she makes clients feel at ease and she’ll admit: it’s probably the sarcasm. But beneath the humor is someone who deeply values relationships—with clients, colleagues, and her family. She wants people to remember that she was easy to talk to and genuinely invested in finding the best solution for them.

Outside the office, Bobbi Jo values family time. She and her husband love spending time with their children and grandchildren, as well as traveling and exploring new places together. She enjoys Pittsburgh sports, the beach, anything water-related, and watching the wildlife on their property. One important disclaimer: she can burn water.
