Bill Todd came to accounting through a family connection, and it turns out the work suits him perfectly. As an Enrolled Agent and Client Manager at RWM & Company, Bill handles taxes and advisory primarily for small businesses—and he approaches every engagement the way a good puzzle solver would: with patience, curiosity, and a genuine enjoyment of the challenge. No two days are quite the same, and that variety is exactly what keeps him engaged.

What Bill is most proud of professionally is helping clients truly understand their tax situation, rather than simply handing them results and sending them on their way. He is generous with his time, takes care to listen, and wants every client to walk away feeling genuinely cared for.

His colleagues are, by his own account, his favorite part of working at RWM & Company.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys trivia, baseball, and reading—pursuits that feed a lifelong habit of accumulating random information, which he considers a skill in its own right. He is also proud to have raised a daughter who is, at 37, a total adventure girl. Two additional points of personal distinction: he has sung in public in nine and a half languages, and he has held hawks and a tiger in his hands.
