Alex Neubauer grew up with a natural affinity for numbers, and a few summers interning at a local firm in his hometown of Gettysburg confirmed what he already suspected—public accounting was the right path. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Shippensburg University and later became a licensed CPA, specializing in small business tax and accounting as well as individual and corporate tax preparation.

As a Client Tax & Accounting Manager at RWM & Company, Alex consults with business owners and individuals to help them make sound financial decisions that set them up for long-term success. He finds deep satisfaction in watching his clients thrive and in his own continued professional growth. His clients value his availability and depth of knowledge—and more than a few have walked away thinking, “wow, what a kind, smart person.”

Alex was born and raised in Gettysburg, where he still lives today. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, and tackling home improvement projects.
